The body
The end
تكتب ايام الشهر وتختصر كالتالي:
الاول the first
الثاني the second
الثالث the third
الرابع the fourth
الخامس the fifth
تكتب اسماء الشهور العربيه كالاتي

Rabi I
Rabi II
Jamada I
Jamada II
Rajab
Sha, ban
Ramadan
Shawal
Dhu alq, dah
Dhu al-hijjah
اما الشهور الافرنجيه

اذا كانت الرساله داخل البلد لايكتب اسم البلد بل يكتفي باسم المدينه
الرسائل الرسميه تتضمن عنوانين المرسِل والمرسل اليه
